Lemme use some mathz on you. Perfect Cell was able to blow up Earth's solar system. He was on par with Super Saiyan 2. Every Super Saiyam transformation makes the user about 50x stronger than the last. As a Super Saiyan 3, that means Goku has the power to blow up Earth's solar system 50 times.

Now, Goku is weaker than Gohan, Super Buu, Vegito, Super Buu with absorbed forms. Which means those guys can do it too. What makes you think the Naruto verse stands a chance?
