[Discussion] How amazing would the Sage of Six Paths have to have been?

Considering that it seems like Hashi and Madara are prime examples of the 2 brothers descendants (and we don't even know if they were as strong as the 2 brothers due to watered down gene pools). How massively powerful would the sage be to solo the juubi and have all the power of being a host for the juubi after. Like at that point it seems like an absurd amount of power to even imagine.

It said that Rikudou Sennin couldn't defeat it. It needed to be sealed, used the tools of his and his life force to seal Juubi within him.

Sage of Six Paths (Rikudou Sennin) compared to Madara & Hashirama would probably be so big we wouldn't be enabled to say. He created the moon after all.

As well we will never see him because that would just make him lose the rumor as the strongest if we somehow saw him battle, because then people would be enabled to point him out if he really is the strongest or not.

We don't even know the difficulty the sage had with the juubi either. Especially if kishi makes Hashi solo Madara and the juubi, which seems dumb to me and would just imply that the sage would have just breathed the juubi into submission.

And So6P was awesome, he did create the moon. We will probably have a flashback of his fight with Juubi once So6P appears in Naruto's mind from the chakra the beasts gave Naruto.
