Only if Tsunade doesn't survive this war, then the candidates will have to be decided.

First choice clearly would be Shikaku, but bamf, he's dead.

So, next reasonable candidate would be Kakashi.

But, Naruto is SO going to be a war hero and Kakashi should and probably would nominate Naruto in his place instead..

OR, Tsunade survives the ordeal but decides to relinquish her position to the obvious war hero, Naruto.

Either way, Naruto will be our next Hokage. It's either Tsunade if she survives or Naruto after this War Arc.
