Non-Jinchuuriki Gaara vs Non-Jinchuuriki Killer B

I don't have the analysis, but who do you think is more stronger without their tailed beasts?
If I were to add tailed beasts, 8 Tails would come out on top of 1 Tail beast anyway.
But Gaara proved he is something much more than just a Jinchuuriki.
Would Killer Bee be as strong as Gaara without 8tails?

Hmm, I'll go with Gaara since his sand can defend against Bee's kenjutsu. Gaara can still perform large scale attacks and has the advantage of flight over Bee. With the Hachibi, Bee doesn't have a speedy move like Lariat to get past Gaara's sand.
