Flower tree world is bigger than a village, so yes.
Now with his 10000 hands included?
Imagine seeing lots of pollen like material everywhere and suddenly being so tired that it felt like, you hadn't slept In A year and then you see a 100k foot, sweeping your neighborhood away and traveling towards you at 70 miles an hour.

Re: Can Hashirama destroy villages?
Of course he can, what part of ´´entire map would would have to be redrawn´´ was unclear? He can tear any village and every shinobi in it apart.Madara and Hashirama were on a league of their own.

Re: Can Hashirama destroy villages?
That's like asking if Pain could destroy a whole village . Hashi is stroner than Pain... so think about it.

Re: Can Hashirama destroy villages?
I think he can easily destroy a village. There's a saying that says something like "it's easier to destroy than it is to create". If he can create a village, so he could destroy one with ease.

Re: Can Hashirama destroy villages?
I'm sure he can but I'd like to see how large this statue jutsu of his is... Let's start with size comparisons...
In this picture, the Kyuubi's nail alone seems to be roughly 5 feet long.
http://narutobase.net/forums/showthread.php?t=327869
In this picture, his finger seems to be 3x the length of his nail, so I'm assuming his finger and nail reach lengths of 18-20 feet. You can also see that his palm/paw is about the same length as his fingers so from wrist to fingertips, I'd say it's upwards to 35-40 feet long.
http://narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/504/7
Within the same image, his old paw print looks roughly 25x the size of his smaller size body. Guessing his hand alone is upwards to 320-370 feet from wrist to nail before Minato sealed part of it's chakra.
On a typical human being, the average ratio of hand to forearm is roughly 3:2. That could mean the forearm to the kyuubi is about 1.6-1.7x the length of it's hand. I'll use minimum hand length of 320 feet, so his forearm is ~540 feet long, combined with hand, 860 feet long. Entire arm, it's roughly ~1300 feet long. That means Kurama's wingspan must have been minimum of ~3400-3500 feet.
What we know from anatomy, our wingspan is roughly the same as our height, so Kurama must also be ~3400-3500 feet when he's stretched out from toes to head.
Now onto the next picture...
http://narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/503/7
From here, we can see that Kurama's tails are roughly the length of his body from toes to head, possibly even a little longer, but let's go with minimum. That means Kurama's overall length is pushing 7000 feet when he was at his prime!
As we all know, when Madara fought Hashirama, he was using Kurama while Kurama was this size.
http://narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/621/12
From this picture, Kurama is near this statue. Taking out the length of Kurama's legs, I'll assume he's roughly ~5000 feet in length, meaning this statue could be pushing upwards to 12000 feet tall with a depth of roughly 8000 feet and a possible width of 16,000 feet.
So, putting that in miles, Hashirama's statue is a minimum of 2.3 miles tall, 1.5 miles deep and 3 miles wide.
So in response to your question... I think it's safe to say that Hashi can destroy villages...
*This is all hypothetical so no need to freak out*
**I was really bored**
