I personally think that Sasuke is stronger due to the way h fought in Five Kate summit against Raikage, Gaara, Cee ( Raikage's assistant), Temari, Kankuro and later on lost due to loss of too much chakra and was saved by Tobi (Obito) but later on after that Sasuke managed to kill Danzo with very little help from Tobi (Obito)

People are forgetting Sasuke has large chakra reserves. Even if Itachi is edo, Sasuke can counter Amaterasu, Tsukyomi, and Susano'o, whereas Itachi can't counter Sasuke's Amaterasu. Only way for Itachi to beat Sasuke is to make Sasuke run out of chakra. If Itachi isn't edo but is completely healthy, hypothetically, it's Sasuke's win.
