I don't know, I don't think that the creation of jutsus has to do with it. I think the blood limits had to be mutations or something like that. Or even that the early members of the non-eye related kekkei genkais could have done it on purpose to some degree. Just a thought

Bloodline limits are achieved through mixture of certain genes, so there will always be a first to all kg users, Heck, it could even be possible that hashi's parents DNA mixture created the mokuton in hashi, making him the first wood style use.

It's possible but i totally agree with above statement..Genetics are the make up for how we look and the illness we all have from our parents and their parents etc etc. So it's highly possible that a direct descendent of the sage's kids have intermingled with another clan and that mixture made a new Kg example if Naruto were to have a child with Hinata that child or children might have a Unique KG from the union of both parents ..A new mutation or KG would be formed only to that family lineage..Great thread
