Takumi is fairly tall and lean in build, which is actually deceitful in regards to his physical strength. He usually wears the standard Kumogakure ninja attire along with some added personal touches; such as the purple garment that covers his left leg and the village headband which covers his eyes, though he can see through it.

Personality:

Takumi is a very independent individual that likes to do everything himself despite being completely blind. He prefers to be in other people’s company, is fairly outgoing and has surprised his peers countless times with his capability as a ninja because some would persistently discourage him from going down the ninja path.

Background Information

He is often discouraged by others to go down the ninja path however, this only increased his determination to succeed further as an established ninja; which is his life-long ambition.

He had also attempted the Chūnin Selection Exams at one stage as well, having surprisingly passed the first two tests. However, during the preliminary battles of the third testing phase he was unfortunately defeated in the final match-up.

His defeat in the exams dealt a major blow to his pride, Takumi had been dedicating himself to training. To this day, he still continues to train himself so that another chance to pursue his life-long ambition presents itself to him once more.

So, I submitted this character on 05/03/13 and since it's on page 5, I doubt it's going to be looked at through normal means. How do I go about getting this approved eventually?
