It's not fan made, that scene could be a filler or canon I don't remember correctly, but It was just Naruto dreaming.

Naruto was dreaming and making out with his Kakashi doll. It was between 57 and 58, a pair of special episodes.
Sakura wakes him up from his nap, comments on his trashy apartment, trips on stuff and flips out. It was just like the extra scene at the beginning of Shippuden 55 where she wakes him up again and flips out 'cause he calls her an ugly whore. It was just one of those briefly-used running gags.
