we dnt knw wat naruto is truly capable of seen as he is the chosen child so who knows if he'll be able to surpass jiraiya, personally i think he will with this training, i remember kakashi saying sasuke naruto and sakura may already be stringer than him so this is very possible.

Thanks. And I'm sure Naruto will surpass Jiraiya and maybe even Sasuke with the training. I just can't wait to see all the new techniques he will learn. and when he's done, they'll probably test him against Kakashi again and he will destroy him-then rip off his mask, lol.

im happy that things are finally moving along with the story. sasuke actually got off his lazy *****ing ass and did his job, and naruto is actually going to train instead of crying about how he isnt strong enough to save sasuke. he should make some new friends already and get over that *****. but that 8 tails looks beastly!!!!!

spot on. Even though I think sasuke is a arrogant a$$, all the answers are right in front of us concerning his motives. After finally learning the truth about Itachi's past & witnessing madara survive the black flames. Sasuke knew immediately he wasn't strong enough to defeat madara. And after learning some of Madaras motives, instead of running back to Konoha he does what he always does, which is whatever it takes to win. He knows he needs to be stronger to defeat madara so the 8 tails is a good place to start. Not to mention by joining akatuksi he can keep an eye on them while he awaits his opportunity. Just as Itachi did crazy things to protect the village and its people, so will Sasuke. Even if it means killing everyone in his way. I can't wait to see what kinds of new jutsu he pulls out against the 8 tails. I'm putting the odds at 8 to 1 that it is an octopus (8 arms not tails I know but come on its as obvious as Lady Tsunade eventually biting the dust against Pein.) Then is will be time for the main man Kakashi, to step up as the 6th and whoop some a$$ until Naruto returns from his toad training.

btw: i think the cloaks suit Sasuke and the rest of hawk.

Btw will we ever see Naruto fight with a calm head? He always seems to get angry as hell and call his opponents "bastard", the anger clouds his judgements, so in the end of all his battles he end up doing nothing but mass shadow clones. He's too predictable.

the next chapter is called sage arts so it probably be about naruto's training and a little about sasuke's fight. I expect sasuke's fight to dominate after the next chapter for about 4 to 5 chapters. I dont expect to hear about Pain for atleast a month.

, have you even been reading the manga? Unless they understand Pain, it will be impossible to defeat them. and Apparantly those 2 old frongs were probably the strongest of the toads and even they had trouble fighting him.

Anyways, I was worried that they would tain Naruto in Konoha, because I really want him to return to Konoha during it's darkest hours with all types of new justsu & suprise everybody. That's how those Dragon Ball characters did it, and it was always awesome.

I don't know, there might be more creative ways to do it than with a Deus Ex Machina

yea but naruto with kyuubi even 4 tail damages him so much so just imagine if naruto went 9 tails he would die plus i bet when he grows older like probally 30's he'll be able to control the kyuubi

I think that the 8-tailed beast looks like he's an octopus, his arms/tails look like they have those things that octopuses have, two the sun hurts his eyes and i haven't seen any snake that dosn't like the sun, three when Kishi shows him with his tails/arms you can only see him from knee up meaning he was in a body of water. I don't think Pein will attack Konoha just now, beacuse they are looking for Naruto to finish collecting the bijuus beacasue if he goes attackas Konoha and kills and succeds on destroying KOnoha then i really see no point in trying to collect the bijuus

but you are not getting my point...the whole objective of obtaining the bijuus is to create the ultimate weapon, use it to start wars and rule over the shinobi world, if Pein can defeat Konoha or put it almost to a point where anyone can destroy it then what's the point on collecting the bijuu if he can do it by himself

he wont reach 30 if he continues to use the kyuubi's chakra regurlaly
