The main problem is that we don't have enough info about 10 tails and the Hyuuga clan history.
It doesn't get mentioned even by the Kages, maybe next chapters will reveal some new info.

The whole thing seems like Kishimoto either trolls or hates Hyuuga characters, seriously, why the heck was that whole Hinata Confession thing has gone under radar?

The main thing is, it doesn't feature a byakugan eye.

Yes it does, it's white like the byakugan, it's not orange like all his other masks. Anyways, the byakugan's only feature is that it is white, so it's the only thing that could be used.

the six paths eyes were like that cause they were being co troleld by obitos eyes, hence why they looked like his.
