well that would only make sense, even kishi would not be able to deny that the byakugan is part of the three great dojutsu. it is an ocular jutsu that sooner or later will be revealed to have some major importance in the development of the manga.

Yep, do be honest, I feel like kishi just ignored the Byakugan for too long and now has written himself into a corner where, whether he likes it or not, the Byakugan would have to be related to the other eyes.
