Gaara looks like an alien with those eye shadows but no pupil.

It's awfully convenient that the Raikage has both lightning and water, but apparently they have info on him. I'm not sure where they got it. Fire is easy because he's an Uchiha, lightning is different. Sasuke is going to have to retreat.

I wonder if the Raikage will be stronger if he'd take those braces off of his wrists like when Lee took the training weights off of his legs during the Chuunin exams. If not, they must serve some purpose.

Look at how much trouble he's having with the Raikage alone while the other Kage are chilling out. If Sasuke was the impetus for the meeting, go out there and capture or kill him, get it over with.

When the hokage (Danzou) reported Sasuke as a missing nin, they gave info to the other countries in order to stop him.
