Ichigos outfit is "supposedly" associated with his bankai in more than just a decorative - wow look at my matrix rip off - fashion

so could it perhaps be more than just an idicator of ichigos reiatsu level(s)...perhaps an addition to ichigos powers/abilities...something other than getsuga...(If so post ur predictions and whatnot)

I mean i look at ichigos bankai. and all he has is speed and a better version of his shikai to fire repeatedly. so im desperatly after a little variety.

could this possibly be ichigos method whereby he beats aizen ? if he beats him or will his hollow side just pop-out again and do the buisness for him.

I doubt it, it's just his cloths, it would be etremely wierd if he's going to use his cloths as an attack. The only purpose of that was to make clear how much reiatsu Ichigo actually has, apparantly the taichou's have been underestimating him.

And don't forget that Kubo has completely abandoned the whole increased speed aspect since the Byakuya fight in the soul society.

It's just a part from someone's bankai, there is no specific reason for. And Ikkaku's changeds also, more or less, he doesn't wear anything on his upper body. Though that just can be because it's always destroyed when he uses bankai

Yeah but if you look at it no other captain's clothe change except ichigo's just like the espads change their form ichigo changes his clothes. lol

lol the other soul reapers wear the same clothes every day even sleeping (i think)
what so special bout ichi and red head why do they look differnt

i think that shihakushou is just a costume due to his bankai...
zangetsu wears a similar one to ichigo's...

renji also has his style of babboon-snake costume...

maybe it's a supplementary technique if it's on naruto basis...

i didnt wanna log in but i HAD to reply to this. i think that his INCREASED riatsu is the result of his hollow powers taking over his shinigami powers. i mean he never had this much riatsu until ICHIGONATOR came out and destroyed ulquirra. so it has to be related to his new mask, and NEW powers.

by the way since this got dragged back up il define my initial post :P since iv seen a few comments along the lines off ichigos dirty washing will suffocaite aizen :mad:

i originally put "perhaps an addition to ichigos powers/abilities...something other than getsuga..."

powers /abilities doesnt have to be an attack....could be a defensive ability ..his regeneration after ulq poked a hole in his chest for instance?? though tbh i think thats more hollow based...other shinigamis do have indirect combat abilities though,,,unohana has her big green bankai thing which heals... ukitake has his ability to absorb and redirect an attack...
