I think Ao will die next. Danze getting the Byakugan would be good for story progression. After getting both eyes he can head down to the Uchiha hideout and read more of that tablet Madara was talking about.

Guys, the list of people at the start are just an example, i do not think most of them eill die.

I think Fu will die next. Eventually I think Tsunade will die and perhaps either Hinata or Sakura. I think Sasuke will die near the end of the manga.

No one will die. Kisame will be able to get Killerbee but he does not have to kill him.

And in case Kisame dies (or Killerbee), it will be in the manga following the next one.
