Ya know....whenever that goofy book comes out.
And for those of you who don't know (there are surprisingly people who are oblivious to the databook), in the databook, a particular character is rated on there...
...Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Intelligence, Strength, Speed, Stamina, and Hand Seals. Furthermore, they can get a maximum of 5 in each category, and a max overall score of 40 (no ninja has gotten this perfect score yet.)
Okay! Lemme here your opinions. Which shinobi should get a score of 35 or higher in the Databook #4 that's soon to come out eventually?

Hashi, Madara, Sasuke, Kakashi, Naruto (not base), other Hokage, some of the Kage.
