Top 10 Strongest and Favorite Characters [Fan List]

Well since other people are deciding to do it, I shall do a list of my personally strongest and FavoriteCharacters, starting with the strongest one first. First a few notes:

A.) They have to still be alive, no Tobirama or Hashirama Hax.
B.) This is all personal opinion, I will not tell you your wrong, or defend my choices, it is simply personal opinion.

Strongest Characters

1.) Orochimaru
2.) Obito/Naruto
3.) Killer B/Mifune
4.) The 5 Kage
5.) Kakashi/Might Gai
6.) Sasuke
7.) Sakura
8.) Shikamaru (Mental Strength > Physical)
9.) Darui
10.) Suigetsu

A.) These characters can be dead or Alive

Favorite Characters

1.) Orochimaru/Mei Terumi/Mifune
2.) Naruto/Tobirama
3.) Neji/Hinata
4.) Sakura
5.) Sai
6.) Minato/Hiruzen
7.) Hidan/Kakuzu
8.) Asuma
9.) Kurenai
10.) Sasuke (As much as I don't like to admit it)

If two characters tie for the spot, you put them both there, you can't say #1 is the strongest, while #2 is the same strength yet can't be #1 because I already have a #1 that would be silly.

See? now you can make a top ten list that is made up of ten ninjas instead of the seventeen ninjas I just counted in your current list.

The 5 Kage's are together because as a personal person I can't tell the differences in strength between them because they all five have their own specialties and strengths, and weaknesses. The only one 'weaker' is probably Gaara.

As I explained, the two names in one position means that in personal opinion they are my favorite in a tie, or they are the same strength in my eyes.

Oro hasn't proved that he can control Tobirama/Hiruzen/Minato so they can't be considered the part of his arsenal
Unfortunately we don't know how strong he is because he was RDSed during the 99% of his fights but I don't think he can beat Obito
