I like the idea of them being related since they are both able to do FTG technique. Also their personality is kind of similar since they are both level headed and act cool all the time. They also both invented a technique that is now important today such as edo tensei and rasengan. Finally they both have spiky hair. Maybe Tobirama is his great grandfather, it would be questionable why not a single descendant of Tobirama exist.

I know it's far fetched, but I was just thinking about how Kishi made it obvious that tobi was obito in little subtle clues, then I thought about the similarities between Tobirama and Minito, and how sasuke and naruto are similar to hashi and madara ...idk I just think that would be cool and wanted to know you guys thoughts on it lol

I have always supported the theory that Minato's mother is a Senju.... Ever since Dan thought Naruto to be Nawaki.... :D :D
