Hmm, lets do something more specific: one or two elements, kg, 1 cfs and nin gen tai fuuin. I like manga like fight so lets not be realistic but manga like. Oh and cj and ce related to elements as well.

:D Mid range and the terrain...er, valley with a river mid range to your left/my right?

I'll go first.

Akuma sees Oraan approaching as he sits on a tree stump. He grunts, ready to start fighting. He stands and looks out at Oraan, watching him for a few moments. As he watches, he suddenly touches the summoning seals on hiatus wrists and summons 3 giant shuriken with thin strings attached to them. AAkuma throws them forward, causing one to go directly towards Oraan, another to go to the right and one to the far left. As they go outwards, Akuma throws the last one towards Oraan but into the air, maintaining the string on it. As they all travel towards oraans location, Akuma pulls his hand inwards, causing them to cross inwards suddenly from all around him, making them wrap around his body. As they wrap in and ensnare him, Akuma smirks and makes a single hand seal and breathes out a great deal of fire, burning the cords wrapped around Oraan.

( Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique

Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.*

Oraan watches as the shuriken are summoned and then thrown at him. As they travel and try to encircle Oraan, he generates water around him and begins spinning, using the water to not only deflect the three shuriken, but to cut the wires controlling them as well. As the water deflects the shuriken down towards the ground, Metal chains come out of Oraan's sleeves and grabs 2 of the 3 shuriken and throws them back at Akuma using the enhanced speed from the spinning to travel to the destination even quicker than before.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Yari ) - Water Release: Flowing Spear

Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

As Akuma sees the water forming around Oraan, he rushes forward, wasting no time. Running, he sees the chains emerge from Oraans arms and grab the shuriken. As they grab them and throw them back at Akuma, he claps his hands, sending the kunai flying back towards Oraan once more, and at such a close rate that it makes it a bit harder to defend against. As he claps, Akuma jumps and flips upwards, rotating his body as he pushes off the ground to the right (your left) and make a single handseal, shooting a great fireball at Oraan.

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Still spinning, Oraan channels Water chakra into his chains, and forms a large tornado within the area. The Shuriken at this time, would have bounced off of his body, the metal chains underneath his clothing protecting him from harm as the shuriken were not enhanced with chakra, they wouldnt pierce through his body. With Akuma being within short range, if he continued to spit out the fireball would be struck by the water tornado. While spinning, with his hands unoccupied, Oraan took two kunai and crossed them together while hidden within the tornado, sealing the power of Akuma, preventing him from channeling large amounts of chakra.

Hojōjutsu - Taitorōpusaikuron (Hidden Rope Art - Tight-Rope Cyclone)

Description: The user extends 5 meters of hidden rope out from both of their sleeves and charges it with chakra (pure or elemental) while spinning them extremely quickly, creating a large cyclone. Each rope that extends out of the user's arm has a knot on the end of it with which the user charges pure or an elemental chakra into it. The ropes come out of the tornado and can attack multiple enemies without warning like a whip. These are two separate ropes, their speed gives off the impression as if their are more.
*Grandmasters can charge any one of the basic 5 elemental chakras they know.
*Masters can only charge the element aligned with their village.
*Iwa/Earth, Kiri/Water, Kumo/Lightning, Konoha/Fire, Suna/Wind
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.
Note: Must wait 2 turns to use A Ranked and above Hojōjutsu.


( Fūinjutsu: Seikatsu Kekkai ) – Sealing Technique: Living Barrier

Description: The user takes out two bladed objects and crosses them. This creates a seal that seals away 50% of the chakra of any opponents within short-range of the user, allowing them to use only upto A-rank techniques.
Note: Sealing Method lasts 2 turns maximum.
Note: If the opponent moves out of short range, he regains his original abilities
