I didnt believe it @ first, but thinking abt it some more i came up with a theory.

yes the SO6P may have been a Uzumaki(originally)....
his two son would be related to the Uzumaki as well, but since the Senju(younger son) inherited his strong life force and body their closer related to the uzumaki then the uchiha...
the uchiha and senju are already distantly related, since their ancestors are brothers....

it would make more sense, since naruto is the reincarnation of the So6P, being from the same clan!

There is a possibility. But the only question here is - Uzumaki were considered as distant relatives to Senjus. Also Senjus and Uchihas are the mightiest clans (derived from Youger & Elder sons respectively).

There is a possibility. But the only question here is - Uzumaki were considered as distant relatives to Senjus. Also Senjus and Uchihas are the mightiest clans (derived from Youger & Elder sons respectively).

true, but in both those clans, the have been one powerful ninja, who made the clan famous...uchiha(madara) Senju(hashirama)

Senju and Uchiha were touted as the two best clans due to probably the lack of involvement from the Uzumaki clan (who probably not interested in war of any kind).

In another way, I'm saying if the Uzumaki clan were to fight, they are probably better than Senju.
