ive noticed a lack of understanding about will of fire and konoha's beliefs on this board.

are you listening itachi? i thought not. your response when you meet a comrade is torture them into a coma (kakashi), mindrape and manipulate them into killing more comrades (sasuke), or flat out commit genocide when killing much less people has the same result and better consequences, or ignore them and leave them to suffer and die (anko). never did he demonstrate any understanding or genuine concern for individual ninjas.

danzo (brainwashing, stealing eyes), sasuke (trying to kill his friends, joining hiruzen's killer for power) are just as bad. none of them believe in WoF or protecting people. itachi demonstrated how vicious he could be to his own people already, using sadistic mental torture. yet people still claim hes a good guy and has WoF. all his actions go against that entire philosophy. as does his belief that the ONLY way he thinks sauske will ever catch up and become powerful is through hatred, anger, rage, loneliness, suffering, pain and torment. because thats TOTALLY sane and in line with how konoha does things. is it any wonder why sasuke turned out the way he did when even his own brother puts no faith in love and loyalty?

no. tortring sasuke and making him a villain was necessary? planning to brainwas and enslave sasuke was necessary?callously leaving anko to die for no reason was necessary? torturing kakahi for no reason was necessary? not killing danzo when hes hurt people as much as akatsuki has and killed spies just becue they were too good, was necessary? akatsuki was in a position to defeat konoha because itachi wasnt a competant spy

Danzo is the worse... Shisui intended to stop the uchiha coup de'tat using his kotoamatsukami... but danzo stole his sharingan...

Itachi, only did what he did, because if he didnt, the uchiha clan would be wiped out anyways, and konoha, would be devastated. At least by takeing his dark path, he managed to save all the lives of non uchiha, and was able to save 1 uchiha life. What he did was still wrong, and it makes him a villian, but his purpose was pure, and it makes him a hero. So to say he is a villain is not correct, just as to say he was a hero is not correct. He is simply in the end neutral. He has a loyal mind, but bad actions.

most of the regular shinobi from konoha are seriously two faced bastards. well most of them anyway. they have alot of missing-nins and they are also full of themselves(excluding the naruto class and their parents and the other guys with the names)

Did you even read the thread? Itachi put Sasuke into a coma that Sasuke may have never recovered from. He forced his brother to relive the worst moment of his life again and again for 72 hours, wasting his eye-sight. Sasuke already hated him, and already planned to try to kill him so it was completely idiotic. He also needlessly tortured Kakashi for 72 hours, once again wasting his eyesight on the allies of Konoha. He never got any good information for the leaf.

Like, how is any of that justified?
