I think he'll prolly talk to Naruto kinda like how minato and kushina did. I think that fist bump that Naruto gave all the bijuu is significant in making this possible. I don't know how, Kishi will put that part together. Maybe he'll tell Naruto some secrets of the jyuubi, how to seal it, ect.

Not always the case like with Madara and Hashirama, they were on a completely different level than the ninja of today. No one of today has surpassed Madara even though Sasuke is trying. Same with Hashirama, no one has surpassed him which is why he is considered 'God of Shinobi'.

You have to consider that Today's generation are only 16 years of age, Naruto is already super Kage level at only 16 years of age, by the time he's 25 he would have gone beyond Hashirama in my honest opinion, Imagine the SO6P helping him out.
