1) If oro merges with the ground, can he be hit by anything?
2) if the ground he merges with is destroyed, he gets hit as well right? Or does merging make him completely invulnerable?
3) how fast is a person who merges with the ground?

Well if you destoy the enviroment that oro is in it will hurt him as well! And I guess he can move as fast as zetzu can or fater sice he's a snake!

Every technique has weakness. A sensor can track him, sharingan or byakugan could see him too, damage to environment would result to damage to user. Its great but not OP
