I don't think the storm games are true sequels...they probably will continue the story based on the manga rather than the game

The game would have ended better after the defeat of kabuto/ cancelling of edo.
Obito stays masked and retreats to revise battle plans, kabuto looses, edo madara appears to disappear.
Next game crew finds out that tobi is obito, madara isn't gone, and saskue/orochimaru starts to **** shit up with edo kages.
kabuto's return can be the fragment.
