How do I get the signature permission to put an image as my sig?

as the title says, my cp says that i don't have the permission to use an image as my signature but i thought as a normal member i could? did i miss something? if this has been answered before I am truly sorry but this is the first time i've tried getting an image sig since i joined

maybe you are not putting it right.

You don't need permission. Just:

-Go to User CP

-Go to Edit Signature (far left)

-Hover over 'Insert image' and click it.

-Insert an image URL from Google or something

-Press Submit

-Voila

ohhhh see the problem i was having was that it was a custom made sig so i thought i had to upload it which is what i wasn't allowed to do. i just have to throw it in the image tags... damn i feel stupid now lol

You can upload a custom signature. Is the image in proper format and size?
