    Atzune raises his eye brow while he started to jog around the field speaking "I wanted to do Taijutsu just to get stronger an master hand to hand combat. I'm more of a close range fighter than a distance fighter. I plan on your help to train me in diffrerent forms an ways of fighting to be the best Taijutsu fighter here. I plan to make Taijutsu work effectively with short range jutsus to make different combos an styles. My overall reason is to get better. "

"Improvement is always a great way to begin - if your chakra is ever sealed up, or if you're at a clear elemental disadvantage, brute force can help you out immensely..." Sub-consciously, I had began to pace, a fair habit since young. "And you say you're more of a close range fighter? That can be dangerous. Short range, while allows for quicker and more powerful attacks, can also allow the opponent do to the same to you. Against EIG or even Gentle Fist specialists, there can be trouble..."
    Shrugging, I stopped in my tracks, resting my eyes upon Atzune. "Well then, we can always worry about that later." With a single hand, I gestured at the field before him. "Let's start with something simple, no? Begin with a few laps around the area. About five, I'd say. Then come back here."

    Sadako smirks as his sensei speaks to him, he nods at every single word while softly starting to speak "I understand that being a close range fighter is bad but in a way it's good if you know how to specialize in close combat in various of situations sir. I feel that with this training I'll have the upper hand on others when it comes to close range. I'll be dangerous. You'll see." After those words Sadako takes off running to the area he had to do laps around as he dashes around the lap two times he waves at his sensei with a huge smile as he began running the third lap he would continue moving faster and faster as he dashes past his sensei the fourth time he starts running the track backwards. Once he was done, he reported to his sensei like he was told. "Lets get this started. Wooohooo!!!"

    I could only come up with that I need to loosen my body a bit to get into the right form of Taijutsu. To move faster and adjust quicker to the system. Could you explain to me why though? The real reason.

    Well, you got one part of it down. By running and pacing yourself, you do increase the amount of blood and energy your heart pumps into your muscles, allowing you to adjust to the exercises more, but it's also important that we do this so that you don't suddenly rip or tear a tendon or muscle - it's much like getting ready to swim in cold water - you first bathe in lukewarm water, and then you jump in. The same concept can be applied to warm-ups in the Taijutsu process.

    Okay, we'll now start very basic.
    Feel free to flex your wrists a bit, time to get some real punching in.
    I want you to run up to my clone and punch him in the chest.
    Describe the process and I will later emphasize.

    I nod my head at your facts on the body as I began to hop in place alittle while swinging my wrist alittle as I smirk slightly while dashing at your clone. Right as my left foot reach a close enough distance at your clone I would swing my right hand at your clone throwing a punch as I sent chakra through out my hand to increase the power.

    In Taijutsu, it is important that you are always specific in what you do. Because the human body is unique as of itself, and there are so many forces going around us at once (law of physics), it is necessary to remember and write down what you do during a physical fight.
    If I were to punch you, I'd say specifically that I aimed my knuckle toward your sternum and your rib, compressing it against the heart, instantly crushing your heart and giving you a heart attack.
    I will teach you several vital places on the body as we progress through the training, but you must always keep in mind.
    1. Your opponent's field of sight.
    2. How much power you put into your punch.
    3. What and how did you hit your opponent? (Which you did perfectly!)
    Being specific allows less arguments to happen and for more deliberate moves to happen.

    Legs have more power than arms naturally. I think because we use them all the time. Like walking, skating, and running and what not. All of that strengthens the legs. I think the length helps also. But with your legs it takes a little longer to strike than your hands. And if you miss a kick you'll lose balance kinda.

    Yes, excellent reply.
    Also, because your legs take up a huge weight of your body, if say, you start running forward, you can collect momentum and power, and by using the law of gravity, you can bring it down all at once to crash your leg upon the opponent with a deadly force. But as you said, you can also lose balance if you miss.
    You also mention that they have a longer length, and that is completely correct. They can also block punches if positioned correctly in the air.
    Now, begin by running at my clone to collect momentum, then when you feel that you have enough power, deliver a kick into my face.

    I start by taking a deep breathe relaxing my muscles as I began running at you to gain momentum I send my chakra through out my legs as I feel the increase in power in my leg as I deliver a fierce kick to your face.

    The first kick is a 180 degree kick.
    The second kick is a 360 degree kick.

    Well a 180 is just a plain kick right? A 360 kick would be a full circled kick right? The powerful one seems like it would be the 360 kick. But I'm not sure about it all...

    360 kick: The hips rotate completely around, generating a good amount of power and speed, however the reach is somewhat shortened by the position of the body. The power is better. But still, it is slower than an 180 kick.

    180 kick: A slight turn yet a straight forward kick that is very powerful and quick to do. The timing is faster than a 360 kick.

    This is just what I came up with...not good with all this question stuff. Haha...

    Nope, that's all I need. xD Well done, however, speaking of timing, I'd like to go over it briefly.
    It is an important aspect in battles. Extremely important. By keeping good common sense, you can utilize this in detail in all your fights.
    Let's say for example that your opponent had a lightning jutsu, but you had a pressurized water jutsu.
    That Lightning jutsu would take longer to travel to you (range plays a HUGE ROLE in timing), and also because the Lightning is propelled only by the user itself, it would not hit you before your move.
    Your pressurized water jutsu would be propelled forward due to the pressure you put on it before you released it, and also because you are standing close to your opponent (assuming we are at mid range), it would hit your opponent before you.
    Use common sense when determining such things in battle, as small details missed can change a fight greatly.
    Range also plays a huge role, but I can go over that later.

    And if you stick you're foot out tripping me I could either lose my balance and fall face first onto the ground or I'm able to began to fall and gain my balance making me wobbly a little instead of falling. Anything i'm forgetting? Or a lot..?

    That's all, haha. Maintaining balance is important for your body, in both metabolical (not a word ) terms, and also in normal balance. Losing balance basically releases your bodies control over you and succumbs you to the law of physics.
    Keep this point in mind for this next jutsu (and any time you trip someone, haha).
    Remember that the legs keep the body standing, no?
    So, aim for that.
    Begin with a running start to gain momentum, then deliver a spinning kick to my clone's legs (below the knee is best by the way, because enough force can crack it. The higher you aim, the more power it needs, but the higher your opponent will go and also, the more pain there is).
    Knock him off balance and aim to give him the most pain possible.

    I smirk as I quickly dash at you're clone starting with my left foot first, as I gain momentum I get a close enough distance to you're clone as I hop up and spin around while I swing my right leg into the top of his knee with a good impact from the spin of the jump as I crack his knee, making him lose his balance.

The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.

    Alright, now, begin running at my clone for good momentum and power.
    When you get in range of him, aim a kick towards the top section of his body (explain the reasoning behind this), then directly afterwards, kick with your other foot towards his rib cage (explain the impact this has), and proceed to finish him off with several more kicks of your choice.

    Kazuto dashes towards you're clone with a good momentum as he aims a kick toward the top section of the clone's body knocking him off balance and right after I knock him off balance I directly kick with my other foot towards the clone's rib cage with good power almost breaking his rib cage making him unable to defend as I then quickly reach my hands up and grabs around his neck pulling him down to the ground with impact. RKO!!!!!!! lmaooo xDD

    Don't forget to be more detailed about which legs and arms you use.
    Running allows for great momentum if you also stomp down with your dominant foot AND then punch. Especially if you use your weaker hand, it makes up for the lack of power due to your stable footing.
    Make sure you state which leg you use to kick with at all times.
    I'll be even more specific here. If you ever played those old retro games where you have to either duck, jump, or reflect projectiles coming at you to kill a boss, it's like that a bit with the feint. If you aim towards the head, your opponent would most likely duck to avoid it, and if you aim towards the bottom, your opponent will also jump to avoid it. Either way, you should be able to follow up if you can predict his actions.
    Furthermore, breaking his rib cage could sometimes cause instant death if the bone pierces the heart. If you simply break it, then it would cause labored breathing and shortness of breath, which greatly impacts your opponent's physical ability as the lungs will not have enough oxygen to send it to the brain and the muscles. (Holy shit, health class from four years ago.)

    Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.


    For this next move, take advantage of gravity by first allowing your body to be propelled backwards.
    Then, with a surge of chakra, rise back up with your dominant leg and take advantage of the momentum by delivering a hard kick to my clone, sending him into the air. Single kick, single leg.

    I dash at you're dummy with a somewhat fast pace as I quickly hop and spin my body in an angle that is propelled backwards while swinging my dominant leg (right) out and around kicking you're dummy within the mid section sending him flying into the air.
