Manga Coloring Competition [9]

I am now labeling the comps by number, and not month

Welcome everyone to the Manga coloring comp. Results from the previous competition will be announced in about 3-4 days. In the mean time, you can all get started on you entries for the next comp^^

As usual, it is a free choice. You can color any image you want. Just send me the original image as well.

Once again, I will not be entering. I will still color an image though

Rules:
-Entries must be your own work
-To keep all submissions anonymous, do not show your coloring to anyone on any site including DA
-Do not put your username on your submission
-Send your entries to me before December 20th (late entries will not be entered)
-Make sure you give me the original image as well
-Make sure nobody knows which submission is yours!

And seriously, dont do something that you think is against the rules (like asking people to vote for you) Next time something like that happens, there will be bigger punishments than before.

Winners will recieve a medal as usual. Follow the rules, and have fun^^

The whole contest fell apart when new rules were added, i say that we should have the old rules, the judge and a few members chose 1 image that should be colored, its a bit hard making the right choice when some members color arts from different mangas-animes and they get less votes,


And it would be a lot easier cause all of the images would come from the same source and the voting would be fair .

What do you think ?

I like the current rules.. the game is fair. The comp is called manga coloring, which means it's just up to you to find the best mangapic to color and decide how much time you wanna spend on it. You color it the way you want and hope for ppl to vote for you when the comp is closed. easy

Would depend but it seems like no one is interested.

Yes, it's dead and it killed itself. NarutoGoku was the last person who organized it (there were some before him) and he just barely bothered with it. I know there were submissions for the last planned edition, but those were even never posted.

Then the persons who competed in it tried to make someone else organize it, but overall seen they didn't do much either. There was no initiative from anyone to keep it alive.

I remember that past contest always had few submissions........Manga coloring is a good contest we should really get eet alive
