Yup, Pein and Jiraya. I also kinda want to see Sasuke's Kirin in animation, and Naruto and Yamato's Hurricane technique.

I really want to see J-Man's Hermit mode in action.

Plus, the battles in the Anime version always seems to have some ekstra fight scenes not seen in the manga.
