Its hard for me to feel more than half of your post, I also believe that Danzo will win and for many logical reasons as I have posted before but honestly Sasuke being a Protagonist is terribly and I mean terribly wrong. He is a bad guy as of right now and has been since his defection from the leaf only when he is brought to his senses by Naruto will he become a protagonist until than no soup for you!. I look at Sasuke showing his uber powers and than will most likely see Danzo put some serious hidden jutsu on that ass forcing Madara as he almost did already to intervene in the battle to preserve Sasuke's life. Danzo is amazingly powerful and I doubt he will allow a younger inexperienced ninja in Sasuke Uchiha defeat him no matter what. Danzo has recognized all of Sasuke's attacks thus far and even went as far to degrade the level at which he uses the same jutsu as Itachi.

Itachi could never have his image ruined by Sasuke or even Madara he is and forever will be the greatest uchiha to have ever existed in the Naruto world. Just so you know thier is no technically about it Kisame was defeated, he may have put up a fight but in the end his own weapon turned on him and that is even worst then defeat by the enemy to be brought down by the weapon you covet so much is bitter misery in a bottle of sour milk. :D

My bad on the mis understanding but i'm with you on Danzo surviving that dude is proving to be sick as **** just as I thought. Even without the Izunagi he still has the Sharingan in his eye and the Mokuton style along with his own; I doubt Sasuke will be able to keep up this level of scrappy doo for much longer. Madara may have a point in Danzo working with Orochimaru to take care of the side affect of the Izunagi tech, but so far it looks like he sacrifices an eye each time he uses the tech so I can't call it yet. Danzo doesn't seem to have used his full potential iether as he stated he must conserve his strength to contest against Madara in the event he decides to make a move. Danzo just moved up on my list of who's the shit although not a fav he definitely intrigues my interest so i'll give him a sixth seat in my chosen power houses one shy of the fifth seat in Garra the 5th Kazekage. Itachi was a tight ass bad guy but he's even more sick since he ended up being the appitamy of what the will of fire means.

im betting on Sasuke. Danzo only has one Sharingan left and then Izanagi will run out and he will be out of chakra.

the sharigan on the back of Danzo's hand will save him from sasuke's stab but what happens after that we will have to find out next chapter. i want danzo to win but the way the plot is going he probably will not.

we could have foreshadowed Sasuke's upgraded susano'o from the kage battle... it was a surprise for me but when i recognized the face i went back and saw that it was part of his genjutsu against the raikages sensor guy

Imo i think kirin was a jutsu made specifically to kill itachi even though it is a exceptional jutsu i agree with you and we are probably not going to see it in battles to come ... it might be plausible for him to use it against naruto( maybe i am giving naruto too much credit) but it might come to that
