And Aizen will have one too, but maybe, he has a more evolved kind of vizard transformation

This is very treu i dont see him nor aizen with a mask i think they have more self respect and don't want to turn into monsters or any kind of ugly being, and that tehy are strong enough even without hollowfication, but its kinda obvious that they also have a mask, atleast gin does!!! Most likely......I could see it being a scary clown like face or something evil looking. Gin smiles a lot but he has been a very dark person from childhood.....A kid that can kill with a smile on their face.....he's disturbed!

I don't care that much about Gin's mask; however, Aizen is another matter. What will his mask and release be like. If Big Jutsu's theory about lacking eyes and etc. then what does Aizen lack?
I imagine him similar to Ulquiorra like a devil or something...

Tousen's mask covered his face cause he had to reason to see. His resurrección was a manifestation of his zanpakutō in hallow form.
Since Gin was considered a genus he will have more control and power than Tousen and unlike Tousen he will use his Bankai to up his powers. I have no idea as to how what and how Gin's mask will look like.
It would be Suicide to face the Gotei 13 if your not Aizen who can control someone's mind and has twice the captain spiritual power. I even think that when the hokuhoku is at 100% (which I think that is what Aizen is truly doing with all these fights and captains going bankai it would be easier to make it go 100% easier) he will use it power. On him and Gin. Making them 100% hybrids.
