Well Tousen was now able to see! but i think thats why he did not pay good attention to his surroundings like a blind man would!!!

He's a shinigami who has obtained hollow powers and a hollow who was obtained shinigami powers.. So hes a mixture between arrancar and vizard

but he has: bankai, hollow mask, ressurucion, hollow hole
