But reallly, some of those are just the mangaka being lazy (eg neji missing an eye)

The rest can be explained with henge no jitsu, you know, just randomly inserted here and there... what? they are ninja's after all! They can do it under our noses... :P

But the funniest screw up must've been the one where Hidan is wearing the Konoha forehead protector. idk how you spotted it when he was upside down but congrats. I guess the fact that it didn't have a strike through it was a dead give away.

Thats not a mistake, that is spare eye. Madara said he had given his eyes to some one and now has only one sharingan eye

No, you don't get it. In all the other panels it's a 3-tomoe sharingan.

this is not a manga chapter but if you have the official naruto charectar data book and flip to page 200 whcich talks about saskue's cell the hebi, kishimoto calls Hozuki Suigetsu, Hosigake Kisame lol. btw awesome finds escpecially the shotgun!

I totally get why Kishi makes a mistake now and then,..
I'm a mangka in the Netherlands, and I publish a book every year for the last 3 years that's about 100 pages, hand drawn.. It's a lot of work making these things, esspecially if you have a deadline very week like Kishi-senpai, so, it's easy to screw up sometimes without even noticing..
