No, this was before the war where Obito gets stuck under a rock. Also, they build the new Kage face into the mountain the second the new shinobi becomes the Hokage. Take a look at Tsunade for instance. Her first week as Kage, the villagers were constructing her face on the mountainside. They don't wait till the Kage dies.

newest chapter, 623 in other words, hashirama's arm guards preform a houdini. on page 14 he is wearing black arm guards, on page 15 they are gone.

In the middle left panel he has a regular circular pupil but in the rest of this panel (and the manga) he has slits for pupils in this mode.

The white clothing pieces Obito has at the bottom of his pants (which are tied around his shoes) are replaced with normal shinobi bandages;

he made the mistake 1 time. obito doesn't wear akatsuki outfit anymore, so he changed his socks... that sounds lousy...l

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding you, but he has the same kind of 'socks' for his Akatsuki outfit and his war outfit. But in 629, he suddenly has bandages, the same ones Kakashi has.
