Hmmm...:o, I still don`t quit understand. This is going to be a little long text with many paragraphs, so please prepare for it and read it all

Firstly: There was nothing special about the chapter (477) released at Christmas Eve.
If i understood you correctly, did you mean that 477 was the so called "double issue", because if you mean that, it doesn`t make any sense at all, since it was just a regular chapter. Read on...

But then i noticed that you mention that it was a part of the "double issue".
The only thing i can think of is that we get a longer chapter at this thursday or Friday, whice i doubt, because i believe that you were suppose to mean that 476 was the so called "double issue". It just has to be that, because that chapter was not only with two extra images in colors and one real page in color, but it was also 20 pages in all.

Secondly: i also think that you meant that 476 and 477 was the "double issue" even though i wouldn`t count 477 as a part of it.
So instead of getting a special chapter/double issue at Christmas Eve so that it should "last" 2 weeks and we would survive New Years Eve, we got it a week before instead without skipping over at Christmas Eve.
So saying, we somehow got the waiting period now instead of after 476.
But i also think that New Years Eve had nothing to do with what i will explain next.

Don`t tell me that when Kishi and co. plans to take a week break because of holidays and so on, they call the last chapter before that break a "double issue" just to notify us that it will be a break after this one, meaning that its nothing spesial about it, just that next week will be without a chapter?:confused: Hang in there, almost done...

Because as onemanga.com said, the so called "double issue" was released last week in Japan, and they wouldn`t get any chapters this week and so wouldn`t we, but as it looks from what you have said, we should get that "double issue" they got last week, this week, and both we and Japan would have to wait to next week before a new chapter.
As it`s written at onemanga.com, the ones in the world who has the chance to buy th WSJ got the double issue last week while we didn`t, and many speculates that we will get that one this week.

But with your info, that whole theory just shadded like the pictures in Naruto`s head when Gaara told him to decide what to do and he hyperventilated...

From the looks of it the facts i mentioned in the "conclution part" is probobly what`s going to happend this week, since there`s not going to be any Chapters next week. So saying, the New Years Eve was "our holiday", and this week is "Japan`s holiday". So they got the "double issue" last week and we will get it this week and then, both we and Japan will have to wait untill the 21th before we get our hand on a new one.

So Japan got chapters 3 weeks in row since the week before Christmas Eve and will have to wait two weeks before getting a new one, meaning that they will not get any this week or the next.

While we got one at Christmas Eve, not at New Years Eve, gets one tomorrow, not next week, and starting the 21th, Japan and the rest of the world will be sinc. and get a chapter each week like before, and every thing will be back at normal.

But if that`s right, then it doesn`t make much sense why they would split up Japan and the rest of the world like that?:confused: Why didn`t they in that case just release the chapter last week in the rest of the world too and both we and Japan wouldn`t get a new one before the 21th. Why would they do something unessesary like that? It doesn`t make any sence at all:confused:

Btw, where do you get your "double issue" ide from, because it somewhat crashes with what Onemanga has written, but at the same time it makes sense if a chapter is released tomorrow/Friday, because onemanga said that we probobly had to wait untill the 21th before getting a new chapter meaning no Naruto in 3 weeks.

That`s where the ide with we getting the chapter Japan got last week + the chapter we get at the 21th in the same week while Japan already has the next chapter and therfore only gets one at the 21th.

While you my friend, hints towards the fact that we will get the one Japan got last week, tommorow, and at the 21th the whole world would be back on schedule with one chapter a week?:confused:

Correct me if some of what i`ve written is/was wrong, cause its a little hard to sum up all the text and try to see if what i`ve written is what i`m suppose to post before i post it:P

Even though i Highly doubt that the replies you guys come up with(if any) possibly beats the length of my reply. Its not meant as a challenge though, trust me

Many of the things i`ve written in this post, doesn`t even need a reply, but i just had to get it all out to get an overview. Just like in a court of law, where they mention the same thing over and over again in different context to get a better overview (well not always, but sometimes).

But please notice what`s written below!:

Because you said that tomorrow would be a normal issue, but that can`t be right if we don`t get any chapter next week, now can it?

And also, Onemanga said that the chapter whice comes this week was a "double issue" and that it was released last week and originally there was no chapter last week because of New Years Eve, therfore, no manga this week, or the next.

They don`t mention that 477 also was a "double issue"
So i`m guessing that Japan got this week`s double issue last week, and we will get it this week, while Japan get nada, nothing. That means no manga next week, and the whole world will be back on schedule at the 21th and forward.

This is the only logical explanation and scenario i can see.
If we don`t get any chapter tomorrow, then it has to come next week, because if not, then Japan will always be one chapter ahead of us from the 21th and so on, if we don`t get two chapters in one week, i.e. get the chapter that Japan has already gotten the week before at the same time as everyone get the next chapter.

Or maybe we even then get it at a different day than Thursday/Friday, because all we need is someone that can get their hands on it and transelate it, and we will be back at schedule:D

Know this is a little of topic, but does anyone know when the Naruto Shipuuden movie 3: Inherritage of the will of fire (or something like that) comes out? and if it already has, does anyone knows approximately when it will get subbed?

Back on topic. My guess is that the next chapter wouldn`t have too much to do with the fight, only an explaination of the Itachi apperance and we probobly gets to see what happen to Naruto.

Uber Important, Must read! About chapter 478!!!

After searching google for a while, i might have discovered a huge "against manga this week" info.

From what i saw, there wasen`t suppose to be any chapters at Christmas Eve, but every year WSJ and Kishi (i suppose) are one or two chapters ahead of the release dates, probobly just like the anime.
So in the end of each year they have one or two "spare" chapters to release without any need to make them, so when the holidays arrive, they already have a chapter or two ready for release

But this time around they ran short on "spare" chapters.
Because of this, the chapter that was on schedule for New Years Eve, was released at Christmas Eve instead, so in reality, they were suppose to release a chapter at the 24th and 31th dec. 2009, and not releasing any chapter this week duo to the New Years Festival. But since they (as i assume) ran a little short on "spare" chapters they desided to release the "spare" chapter they had at the 24th and not on the 31th since they didn`t have anyone left.

So to make it easier to understand. WSJ and Kishi doesn`t make manga chapters in the holidays. So there wasen`t suppose to come any chapters at Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and this week, duo to holidays, but since they normally have enough "spare" chapters to cover up, it usually aren`t any need for a week without a chapter even if its the winter holidays.

But as said many times before already, they haven`t had time or something like that to make enought "spare" chapters this year, so they only had one that was scheduled for New Years Eve, whice was released at Christmas Eve instead.

Get it so far?

So that`s why there wasen`t any chapter last week.

Onward to this week:

Onemanga is suppose to have talked about (as i understood) a double issue being released last week. That wasen`t last week, but at Christmas Eve, and it wasen`t a double issue either.

As i have said, they only had one "spare" chapter for these 3 weeks, when i think they normally have 3. That`s why they hadn`t anyone left for last, and this week. And as i have said. They don`t make chapters in the holidays.

So to make up for not releasing any chapter last or this week, we will get a double issue on either next week or at the 21th.
Meaning no chance for a chapter tomorrow/today

But one thing still puzzels me. I`m not sure why we won`t get a chapter next week if we don`t. I believe that it has something to do with a little missunderstanding on when they have "spare" chapters(probobly on my side, so sorry for that, if that`s the case).

It may be like this:
They have either 3 or two "spare" chapters in dec. every year. One for the 24th, one for the 31th. and possible one for tomorrow/today. But this time around they only had one. That`s what i think at least:confused:

Furthermore a double issue is one chapter with twice the among according to someone who said that he search for the word at the internet.

This will most likely mean(hopefully) that we get a chapter whice is: 17+17=34 pages next week or at the 21th. That`s the only logical explanation on what a double issue is.

Twice the among, but only one chapter. We just have to be pation then if this informations turn outs to be correct.

just to clarify when they mean double issue it means they worked harder to get two issues done in one week, but they still release them one week at a time to enjoy themselves over a holiday. so if one manga right which 9 times out of 10 they are we won't get another till next week. which blows.

the 1st time i saw kabuto n the story i am like this guy is up to something
and finally he is the same rank as kakashi
who is now kaged level
and naruto surpaased both of them
but kabuot has only fought with 2 jutsu

i hope he can do eight gates since in the second shippuden movie shinno who is just like kabuto can use it since his regernation jutsu is the same as kaubto & shinno opened all the eight gates & the same time

Personally i think Kabuto sucks and you can't compare him to Kakashi in any way or even being kage level cause if you remember naruto beat him good when they were getting tsunade...

we need to w8 for the DVD to be released in japan which usually happens during April or march and then for somebody to add the subs and upload it cant w8 i 've heard that it's awesome


of course if u want u can find it in parts subbed in you tube somebody went in the theater with a camera(nuts )... but i don't recommend it the quality isn't very good.

"double issue" is a bad name. It is not double in size, does not contain two Naruto episodes, etc. I don't know why they call it that, but it is not double. There are 4 national holidays in Japan where Shonen Jump is not sent out, and New Years is one of those holidays.

The "double issue" (again, bad name) was released on December 25th.

The missing issue (the week where we got nothing) was January 1st

The next issue should be available tomorrow (if my sources are correct)

The only confusing part is the name "double issue", which is wrong. It is not double. It is only one issue with a stupid name.

Look forward to raw 478 scans tomorrow.
