Aizen is practically a genius and would have figured it out eventually, but he did help him figure it out sooner but i don't think Shinji imagined that he would regain control over his body that quick

i agree with GYM .. i know aizen would hav figured out .. but shinji could hav beheaded aizen b4 that time >.< ..

even in 1 strike .. he should hav gone full force .. bankai plus mask for just 1 attack .. finished off aizen .

Yeah he would, but not that fast. I mean Shinji knew that Aizen was genius and ery strong and stuff, and was even able to cut his arm, and after he did cut Aizens arm he revealed the last secret of his Zanpatou -_-

well it doesn't really matter, because as soon as Aizen unsheathed his Zanpakutou Shinji would have died. and once again, Ichigo is the only one who can defeat aizen

Well, Shinji is the first person that I have actually seen damage Aizen. And if he revealed his shikai's ability to Aizen so quick... he must have something else planned up his sleeve.

Yeah but I mean if Aizen, very quickly noticed Hirako's Shikai, you can bet he's going to counter his Bankai as well. Has Aizen released his Shikai?? If he has you can bet is going to be Epic!!!! Though as always its going to be the Main Hero's Job to be the only to be able to stop the major Villian. If Aizen's Zanpakutou doesn't affect Ichigo, you can bet he will do the same thing as Tousan, but way more powerful.

I would like to think that Shinji explained "everything" to Aizen with an attitude that he was superior so that Aizen would overlook another power or such that Shinji was setting up. Letting Aizen believe that he already knew how to stop Shinji's Shikai would also prevent him from using his own and thus further setting up Shinji for a successful attack of some sort. I'm sure it would be all over for Shinji if he releases his own.

Anyway, at least I hope that is the twist because the way he was beat was just...well pathetic.

Especially Soi Fon. At the beginning of a fight, she's like..."My Zanpakuto's ability is death in 2 strikes"

It's basically like that. And Shinji believed that regardless of him telling Aizen, he'd still win because no matter how much experience you have, or if you know, it will just be nearly impossible to beat Shinji's shikai. He never imagined that Aizen would be able to (though I expected that ) Still, he is the first person to harm Aizen. Hooray Shinji! ^_^

That's still something I don't quite understand. I've read different translations and some say it's his shikai and other says it's his bankai O_o
Though logically speaking it should be his shikai.

It was hit shikai, since he used his release word, "Collapse, Sakanade" and never said bankai in the previous chapter.

I believe Shinji didn't heed his own advise he has been the only one to cut Aizen thus far he took Aizen to lightly and wanted revenge. In stead of using his mask and taking Aizen's head. All things aside his Shekai really boss second to Aizen in my opinion.
