it's about a young man who i think worked in a shop who kept in contact with an old woman by letters i think but he doesn't know it's an old woman...

cut a long story short he meets her and but cos she's miserable about something from her past she kidnaps and drugs him so she can rape him cos this drug only makes him paralyzed but leaves him with feeling... i can't remember what else happens
