unfortunately that was the only decent image to work with, all the other pics of minato are a bit shit, and i made the vid black and white in imovie, the colour burnt a red layer over the top in photoshop

thats an amazing sig but it wasnt quite what was loooking for, i wanted something much more simpler, just the whole jutsu of minato and in real colors if possible. thank you anyways, ill reward you with your effort but i would appreciate if you could make another one with the things i just asked.

I don' mind the quality drop, because i really want the jutsu. ust like that,no added thingies. Although, I'd like to hvae like a "can you keep up?" by the very end of the jutsu, if possible of course.

You could just have youtube video as sig that contains the jutsu

Well whoever makes your sig must make sure it remains under the 1 Mb limit.
