Everyone that fights with Sasuke loses, and he wins, because he cant die. But i cant die also, im so important to the story, and i still have some of my eyes left. But how could that be Danzo's real body if he had one eye left open on the back of his hand before the Chidori spear was stuck through him? That didn't look like it took 4 minutes either I know its hard to tell passage of time in a battle in manga but still... Also, Danzo still had Shisui's eye, not that he would use Izanagi with it unless absolutely necessary but he could if he had to.

The thread creator said that Danzo is important to the story. Which is true, but the end of his story is here. His only connection to the story is Sasuke and the Uchiha. Their conflict is at its final battle. Sasuke on the other hand has ties to parts of the story that are yet to come, such as Naruto and Madara's eye of the moon plan. If Danzo wins this battle, what does he do? Return to Konoha after his dark secrets have been revealed? I doubt they would take him back......so then what? He becomes a missing-nin? Highly unlikely.

The most likely outcome of this battle is Danzo dying and Sasuke living. Too bad, huh?

Secondly Im pretty sure Danzou is not dead due to the length that most fights have been lately, but I due hope sauske wins this fight in the end, not because im a sauke fan boy or a danzou hater but because it would develop the story further by allowing sauske to get his revenge on one of the 3 people who drove itachi to do what he did.
