[Spoilers] Kagebunshin

I though Sharingan and Rinnegan could see through Kagebunshin.
But at the latest chapter 611, page 6 Madara seem surprised that the Naruto that was taken out by Juubi's tail was just a Kagebunshin.

No they cannot see through Kagebushin.

The byakugan has the best insight of the 3 Dojutsu, even it cannot tell them apart. Unless The eye is Trained for it. Like Deidara trained his eye to spot genjutsu.
