Pain VS 1st Hokage

Sorry but i havnt seen any of the firsts jutsu, alls i know is he beat madara with ems and could control the bijuu, as for pain he was beyond human but we never saw the full extent of his power.

i think pain would win. pain can simply use the summoning jutsu and take care of the first keep in mind that after each generation the new generation gets stronger and if jiraiya in sage mode UTTERLY defeated by pain i think pain would win easily. inoder to beat pain you must know his secret or ull be fighting an endless battle that u cant win and even if the first manage to kill one pain bot pain would simply rebuild another one and im excluding his full potent of his reningan

The Shodaime Hokage all the way; it's a matter of simple logic. Senju Hashirama managed to defeat Uchiha Madara at the peak of his power. Currently Tobi (Madara) is a shell of his former self according to Itachi etc. and even at that stage he managed to control Pain or keep him under control as the figure head leader of Akatsuki. So my openion Shadaime Hokage is powerful than Pain

first of all the path that suck chakra cannot absorb wood as it borders its effects on impact.

the pain that pushes and pulls MIGHT not work because the 1st could use his wood to brace himself.

Its gonna be a tough one, but pains only hope is that shodaime doesnt know his secrets

-Was Leader of the most powerful ninja clan.
-And was a descendant of the Sage of the Six Paths.
-Beat Kakuzu

Now lets look at Nagato.

-Had the Rinnegan
-Killed Jiraya
-Took Control of Village hidden in the rain.
-Was seen as the Leader of Akatski.
-Descendant of the Sage of the Six Paths.
-Captured some of the Bijuu.

In comparison Nagato seems to be the loser if you compare feats

gonna have to go with the first. he did everything you read ^^^ but honestly, who knows. but if you actually think about it. anyone who is voting for pein.....pein is working under madara. who is "a shell of his former self." the 1st beat madara at his peak. and boom goes the dynamite. unless pein doesn't know how weak madara is and is just following him cuz he was manipulated and scared of the name "madara."

The reason why pain listen to madara is because madara promised pain that he would give pain the peace he wanted.

What if the first also summon the Kyubi..... can pain keep up?

Pain would win this one because all six bodies have great teamwork with one another and each time the 1st happens to kill one of the paths they would be revived and 1st would be dumbfounded thinking that Pain was using IWR created by his brother. With no intel on Pain the 1st Hokage would eventually be overwhelmed by Pain. His wood style would be very useful in this battle by restraining the summons. This would be a hell of a close fight but 1st has no chance when he has no idea where the real Pain is.And if Pain decides to use the Gedo Mazo statue on the 1st its certain endgame.

current generations always surpasses the previous... in this case both are top class ninjas but the advantage of pain is he is in a much younger generation than that of the 1st.

tough match but pain will win. the absorbing path may be useless on wood release but remember thats not the only thing it could do.. that path can just suck chakras straight from the body and also even if he binds god realm, god realm can still use shinra tensei without any hand seal or signal.

there is no point at controlling the kyubi, it wasnt Hashiramas weapon

and controlling something isnt the same as being stronger than something (I can control a killer robot with a remote but if I fight it it kills me easily = see my point?
