[Discussion] Sanji and Zoro getting King's Haki

What are the chances of them getting it and would you like it?

Personaly I can see them getting it if the rest of the crew starts learning Haki but it would be kinda meh.

I would like it to be something Luffy,the captain posseses and noone else on his crew.
But even if it did happen I wouldnt be 100% against it.Would be pretty cool seeing them use it for the first time (subconciously without realizing it) since it would probably be a pretty epic moment that pushed them into using it like with Luffy in Marineford(even tho he used it before)

i think zoro will get it
but i think sanji will not get it ; and if he does it will be very basic

i think sanji will have the strongest armament and thats all he needs as it suits his fighting style best

Zoro maybe getting it, he is very similar to rayleigh imo. Sanji on the other hand won't be getting it, for some reason it doesn't fit Sanji.

Kings haki is meant to be ultra rare and now suddenly it is popping up more and more. I wouldn't want anyone else to have it Zoro and Sanji are skilled in other forms of haki

Like others have stated i see Zoro getting it over Sanji. But not anytime soon. Like waaay down the track.

- My reason for saying this is that the captain of a pirate crew has to be waay stronger than the crew itself. So, like Zoro getting it now for instance would like contradict with luffy's strength as a captain.

I think each of the M3 do/will have it, but two of them will have it in specific areas. - Luffy will be the undisputed master of CotSK whereas Zoro will be proficient with it and implement & manipulate it with his "killing intent". However Sanji will have have a general/basic use of it where he uses it in his sense of "love".

P.S. I believe Zoro can already use it but to a much weaker extent a la Monet. But Sanji will realize it down the road (possibly after BM).

Zoro is more likely to get it. Since way back he has his own aura of fear and on that 'Asura'...
Also in Punk Hazard, he defeated the Snow-Woman by just stern looks...

Zoro is likely to get it if he doesn't already have it. I'm not sure about Sanji. He might get it as well because imo it'll kinda ruin the M3 if he doesn't and I think he'd be jealous that Zoro of all people has it.

I always had the Opinion that Luffy is stronger than Zoro and Zoro is stronger than Sanji.
But after I read the Databooks my view completly changed.
As a One Piece Fan I suggest you to read them.

There aren´t any powerscales in databooks btw, it is stated nowhere that Zoro is Luffy´s equal. There are even strong hints in the manga that Zoro admits he is weaker than Luffy.

And no he never talked about a captain being weaker than him. He said that they would need a new captain if he couldnt do that much (Defeat 50.000 Fishmen with his Kings Haki)

i disagree. Lets switch zoro and sanji. Zoro could easily defeat mr. 2 but could sanji have kicked mr. 1 steel body. And zoro would not have stopped when mr. 2 turned to nami. And in enies lobby. Zoro fought kaku of 2400 power in human form. And in girrafe form he was even stronger. But sanji defeated jyabura of 2200 power in his beast form.

Actually Zoro and/or Sanji getting CoC wouldn't just be for them, but it would also make their Captain that much better. The two crews that stood out more than other crews had at least one CoC follower, Rayleigh and Ace.

OT: if you read the manga thoroughly you get the impression that its Luffy>Zoro>=Sanji (at times Sanji shines, but on the other hand there are plenty of times that Zoro seems>Sanji, I think they are very very close but that Zoro is a bit stronger), Sanji is kinda Zoros rival altough be it in a comical way and it would be just cruel if Oda gave it to Zoro and not Sanji

Actually I wouldnt compare their strenght through their douriki. It was stated that the douriki only counts the power in terms of physical power in their normal state.
To be honest Rob Lucci was stronger than Luffy in almost any points. But the one thing all of the CP 9 never had is the Will that the Monster Trio has. And that was the Point which mattered (biggest part for Luffy).

Even though Sanji got rid of Jyabura with no big difficulties Jyabura wasnt that much stronger in his Zoan form in comparison with Kaku or Rob Lucci's Zoan form.

Zoros fight was so long because he had to fight an Enemy who changed every 5 pages to another form. And he even had to carry Usopp on his right hand.
I could list a lot of facts which would say Luffy<=>Zoro=>Sanji but this would be too long :D

Yeah the text is not from Oda. The writer asks questiones about each Person and they write down what Oda answers. And what Oda says is Canon.

And no you cant rely on Movies and Fillers even if Oda is involved there.
Oda said that he is not going to involve the Movies (Film Z) in the actual Story of the Manga.
