No, no ,no. You have to be a Uchiha to get the sharingan. Or face a death of a close friend/close whatever. And the "Friend" has to give the sharingan to you.
Sasuke or and Uchiha member would never give Naruto a sharingan. (I'm just predicting so don't take it seriously) And what ArizonaMan11 said is right. Naruto already has the Nine Tailed Fox sealed inside his body.

Naruto gets Kyuubi, Sage Mode, and now a Sharingan? what is wrong with you!!! There is no way that Naruto is a Uchiha, the only reason that Kyuubi would say that stuff is to trick Naruto and set him free.

Not likely only way for Naruto to get a Sharingan is for Naruto to lose an eye or both and Have someone surgically implant them on Him. Not likely to happen any time soon.
