Ok here is madaras ms right:

Well at least this is what i think it is anyway, but look a this picture below, look at his eye, its not the same

Its not just 3 tomoe sharingan, though it looks simalar to madara's Ms why does it have spikes coming out?

What do you think? Maybe a manga mistake? Or just me looking at it funny? :S
