That is not neccessarily true. They could inherit a full Sharingan because it could be a dominant gene. Having a gene from one parent does not ALWAYS mean that it won't be as strong. Though I've used this example for this countless times, I'll tell you that I am half Arab and half American. My Mother is American (well, Irish and German and tons of other shit) and pasty pale. My dad is more olive toned/light brown. I was born with skin color that is pretty much the exact same as my dads. Sometimes I am even darker because I am always outside. My sister on the other hand is pasty. You'd figure with that half powered shit, I'd be just lightly tanned.

It is possible that it could be watered down, but it is also possible that it could be a normal Sharingan, and it is also possible that the kid cannot even get the Sharingan. Genetics often just probability, and Punnett Squares can help measure the possibilities of getting the gene, but genes really are oftentimes just random.

But find me the statement that says that ONLY Senju and Uchiha can fight, because according to what you said, Haku is a Uchiha since he has the Kekkai Genkai of Hyoton (Ice Release). Dominant Genes can be normal Genes or Uchiha genes, you have no control naturally over witch genes are dominant or not. Sasuke could have twin sons one born with Uchiha genes as dominant and the other with regular dominant genes now you keep adding generation after generation regular DNA will become dominant over Uchiha DNA.
