Dude...the sharingan isn't invincible. If that was ever even said in the manga you're taking it way to literally. Remember even Madara who had the EMS was defeated.

Had Orochimaru been at full health he would have wiped the floor with Sasuke, no contest. Lets say Orochimaru went Hydra form on Sasuke, what then? Sasuke would have no Susanoo to counter with and would get crushed. And lets not even try to bring up kirin, Orochimaru had more stamina than both Sasuke and Itachi. Sasuke only used kirin when Itachi had no chakra so he knew he would have time to use the attack. Oro wouldn't give him that opening.

To be honest I think a full health Orochimaru right NOW could give Sasuke a run for his money.

Itachi and Sasuke were on two completely different levels my friend. And you also fail to realize that the encounter between Orochimaru and Itachi was YEARS before what we're talking about. That encounter is the reason why Orochimaru wanted the sharingan, so it had to have happened before the start of the series.

And saying no jutsu works on the Sharingan is the same as saying its invincible.

Sasuke didn't have the MS when he took out Orochimaru.

Danzo would disagree with you on Sasuke being better with the Sharingan. He described the difference between Sasuke and Itachi's tsukiyomi as the difference between heaven and earth.

Listen if Kishi wanted Sasuke to be stronger than Orochimaru at that point, he would have just had Sasuke fight Orochimaru when he was at full health. It would have made for a much more entertaining fight.

if u look at the fight again, on youtube with sasuke vs orochimaru, you dont see much of a difference at all when he fights itachi.. virtually the same moves, sasuke has majority of the the qualities itachi had, sure his tsukiyomi wasnt as good, but he can still counter any of orochimaru's jutsu's.

First off I'd like to say that the circumstances of the fight determine the winner. If Orochimaru just wanted to kill Sasuke- Sasuke would lose. If he wanted the Sharingan, he'd likely do the body switch thing right off the bat and Sasuke would win.

Since Sasuke said it himself, that Orochimaru was weak and that was all there was to it, that is what we have to go by regardless.

A weakened Orochimaru played with a 4 tailed Naruto for a while .... A full powered Orochimaru eleminated the third Hokage and would not even have been scratched without the reaper seal ...

He was a little stronger than what you'd call a jonin. He took out Yamato, Sai, Sakura (though i wouldn't even count her in the fight), and Naruto.

are you nuts Ginta Toramizu Deidara was not killed by sasuke's sharingan he did the most destructive tech and killed himself whit it watch the episode sa vs deidara again and you will see that he open the third mouth near his chest and turn invisible (last words : Art is a blast KAtsu!).

Sasuke beat Deidara with his Sharingan, THAT was why Deidara blew himself up. Sasuke still won the fight regardless. If Deidara had to blow himself up to Sasuke, and Sasuke survived, Sasuke is a clear winner by default.

Sannin is just a title. Itachi wasn't one of the Sannin and he still owned Orochimaru TWICE.

Sasuke didn't get the MS until after he defeated Itachi, so the reason why his eyes are the same when he fights Oro and Itachi is because, well, they are the same. They just aren't MS, they're 3 "tomoe" sharingan.

Sasuke and Itachi have very different fighting styles. They both have great fire techniques, but thats just a trademark of the Uchiha clan. Sasuke seems to prefer raiton techniques, something Itachi has never been shown using. Itachi instead used a combination of genjutsu (more than just tsukiyomi) and shadow clones as well as the MS techniques such as Amaterasu and Susanoo. Prior to Sasuke's fight against Kirabi, the Kages and Danzo he didn't even have access to the MS. We're comparing Sasuke prior to MS here, not after.

Why do you think he can counter any of Orochimaru's jutsu? You've offered no proof for this...

why oro want the sharigan so badly simply bcoz he want to use it to copy all jutsu..its much more quicker than learn it by himself...n sasuke didnt hv the ms when he fought with oro..he got the ms after he defeated his brother..

The problem is we only saw Itachi use Susanoo once. So really we have no idea whether he was able to partially manifest it or not. In order to defend against kirin he needed a full Susanoo with the Yata mirror, so he created a full Susanoo. Its very possible he could do the same as Sasuke has been doing. Also we don't really know if Sasuke was purposefully doing partial manifestations, it may have been that he just couldn't summon the full Susanoo yet and those things were the most he could do. Plus Itachi's had the Yata mirror and the Totsuka sword.

But I will give you that Sasuke is more talented with Amaterasu. Itachi was never shown to be able to use it as Enton release, and also he wasn't able to manipulate the flames like Sasuke can.

But as far as Tsukiyomi and Susanoo go, Itachi was more talented so far.

Orochimaru wins easily against Sasuke before MS. After, not so sure because we really don't know how strong he is. He spent most of the series without being able to use Jutsu.

Sasuke said himself, he only beat Oro, because he was sick. Also, you cannot "kill" Oro anyway, you can take him over, if he tries to use the ritual, but if it's just a fight, killing him wont be possible, when he is at full power.. Sasuke would have nothing to fight his hydra or 10 thousand snakes.. Just look at Oro vs 4 tail naruto...

Put it to you this way, as of now, oro is at full power, sasuke could not even beat kabuto if it wasn't for itachi
....so oro now has all his jutsu and senju cells, he would demolish sasuke right now....
