This week's theme is legendary creatures. Bring on the dragons (that certainly would please Rag), Phoenix', Sphinx' and other weird creatures (I got inspired by the movie Clash of the Titans which I really want to see ).

I'd announce SOTW oficially dead, but that's not my decision... we must think of something new... like LAOTM (large art of the month) orsmth but it must be a photoshop work... maybe more ppl will join it

I don't like either one, but I'll vote the Lugia one just because I think the werewolf one is so purple around the werewolf that the color overtakes the actual creature =/

Cali, 1 more suggestion, can i ? make the next SOTW freestyle. if it won't get more than 4-5 participants than continuing this contest will be just meaningless...

It's not dead, it would be dead if no one voted or would post here, which is far from being the case. A lot of people are still interested in it. The major problem is that we just don't have many GFXers anymore, you can see that in the Design Hall. And the ones we do have are or to lazy or have an attitude-problem or not interested.

If sigs don't attract people, that certainly will not.

I already have a theme from the suggestions-thread. Things like Jinchuriki's and Legendary Creatures were IMO themes that could lead to some nice sigs. If theme's like that don't give many submissions, freestyle will make much difference. Especially when a real GFXer should be able to work with any kind of theme.
