    Ew I hate putting in effort. I won't be a **** and use any KO techs, since I DO want to fight close range. Hope you won't either. >_> -cough- nagashi -cough- Since this is your improvement spar, we can focus on some more short range battling.

    Casshern reaches down and unstraps the weights that are resting on each of his legs. He tosses them at the ground behind himself, glad to be rid of the weight. He lifts each leg up a few times, amazed at how light they feel now.

    Description:
    The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.


    Afterwords, he summons a sword length nematocyst to the battlefield. He wields it like a basic katana in his right hand, while he disappears in a flash of speed to appear at your left side, slightly behind you (imagine a diaganol positioning). He slices the sword nematocyst through your left, middle back muscle by way of a horizontal strike from Casshern's right to left. He then strikes again in the same motion, in a left to right manner, before finishing it off with a powerful thrust deep into your back muscle. If he happens to make contact with your skin during these strikes, he activates the poisoning mechanism to inject the venom into your body.

    Description: Allows the user to summon several (up to 10) isolated nematocysts, of various sizes (from the tiny pin-sized nemoticysts of normal boxes to the massive spear/staff sized nematocysts of gigantic boxes). These can be wielded like weapons or thrown like projectiles (in the same manner as one throws kunais or shurikens). The user claps his hands and summons the nematocysts in front of him or in his palms, grabbing them to use. The nematocysts have only one autonomy, if the tips are stimulated, the injection mechanism is triggered, sending an infusion of Box venom directly related with the size of the nematocyst, otherwise, they're innanimate.
    *charging chakra through the nematocysts while physically wielding them allows them to gain a certain steel-like quality, like a sword or a kunai. Throwing them or loosing physical contact will rever them back to soft organic material*
    *triggering mechanism allows only one infusion, aftewards the namotocyst is reverse summoned*
    *human summoners are more resistant but not immune to the venom*

    The 2nd Mizukage sees you unstrapping your leg weights and immediately thinks to himself, "Is this guy going to strip..." Suddenly, his opponent disappears, traceable but still, disappears from his original position and traveling towards the Mizukage at high speeds. Before he knew it, Casshern would be behind the Mizukage, at a position where the Mizukage can still see his opponent from the side of his eyes. Without thinking, he channels water chakra in his backside where most of his opponent was, turning it into water. As the water in his back turns into water, he manipulates it to gather around his opponents face into a blob, suffocating Casshern.


    (Suiton: Suika no Jutsu) – Water Release: Hydrification technique

Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. As this technique turns the body into water, the user is vulnerable to lightning techniques.     With the water incoming to wrap around his face, Casshern transfers the nematocyst to his left hand, and slices upwards at the incoming water, separating the mass to either side of his body. However, his makeshift sword is destroyed in the process (A-rank nin vs. B-rank elemental should cancel). As he slices upwards with the sword, Casshern moves completely behind your body. Since you never attempt to actually move your body from its original position, you would still be facing my original direction. Once he is behind you (unknown to you for the moment), he leaps upwards just a few meters, and then drills his right heel infused with lightning onto the top of your skull.

    Lightning... let's see him transform into water now.

    The Mizukage knew something was up the moment his blob of water did not wrap around Casshern's face. He turns around to check what happened after feeling the water that was suppose to attack his opponent sliced, most likely from the weapon his opponent created on his hands. When he turned around, he sees Casshern mid-air, with his leg stretched out and his heel pointed outwards. The Mizukage gathers wind chakra in his left arm and manipulates it to create a vortex of wind in his hand. He punches your heel, which cancels out his own wind technique but at the same time, neutralizes the lightning in your heel.

    "Hmph."
    After you block his strike, Casshern witnesses both of your legs incoming to smash into his chest as he falls. Once this happens, he twists his body in the air to his left. As he does this, he grips your legs (as he would be turned away from the kick now) around the ankles, using the momentum of his body twisting to spin fully once in a circle while whipping you around and above his body. Casshern then touches down on the ground at this time. He uses this spin to add force and power to his attack, while he slams your helpless body into the ground in front of him, face-up. Once Casshern is about to release you at the ground, he channels earth chakra into your body to increase the impact of your body against the ground.

    You leave yourself wide open to my attacks.. not a good idea.


    (Arashi Nageru) - Tornado Throw

Upon doing so, he'll use the earth chakra to increase the weight of the target drastically. The technique can increase the targets weight up to 10 times. One interesting side effect of the technique is that when its used on wood based techniques (such as Zetsu's spore clones or normal wood), the infusion of large amounts of earth chakra into it will actually petrify the target in addition to increasing its weight. A similar effect can be achieved in other earthen materials such as mud. The user can also add weight to a given attack (if feasible) to increase both momentum and impact force, effectively adding damage to it.
    Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

    As Sasuke feels your hands make contact with his leg, he knew that it would be an unavoidable technique that you were about to preform. Without a single second to spare, he releases a large amount of lightning chakra throughout his entire body, much like a current of lightning. The lightning is then transferred into your body, causing you to be paralyzed because of the chidori like properties of the nagashi.

    Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
    Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty




    Sasuke continued by performing a single handseal and raising his left leg. (We are still mid-air, i believe) He sends a surge of earth chakra throughout his left leg and dropping it into Cassherns body. The added weight along with the kick from the top would be strong enough to break Cassherns bones, and in addition to the paralysis, he wouldn't be able to move. "..."
