    NW Prison, Hospital and Leader Board Rules

    Hospital General Rules


    ► NW Hospital Structure:

    The hospital consists of 2 Doctors and 2 Nurses. Similar to how the normal Hospital is operated, the Nurses are able to heal and treat minor injuries while Doctors themselves are able to treat moderate to severe injuries. When receiving treatment, one must RP entering the Hospital and waiting until a Med-nin is able to treat and heal them. If an injury is beyond the level of treatment a Nurse is able to administer, then they will run diagnosis and then prep the patient for healing by a full Doctor.

    ► Treatment

    As a bio is being treated, the bio is unable to be used outside of the Hospital. Depending on the severity of the injury, this time may be extended.

    Injury Tier List

    ► Tier 1 Injuries:

    Tier One injuries are often the easiest to heal as they are the most minor injuries. These injuries consist of small things like surface cuts, small bruises, and slightly fractured bones. Generally treatable by Nurses, these injuries require a 24 hour (1 day) wait before the biographies can be reused.

    ► Tier 2 Injuries:

    Tier Two injuries are more harmful injuries and take more time to fully heal. These injuries are generally harder to heal than Tier One injuries but they are easier to heal than more advanced injuries. These injuries include broken bones, open lacerations, profuse bleeding, These wounds require up to 72 hours (3 days) before they are fully treated.

    ► Tier 3 Injuries:

    More advanced injuries, Tier Three injuries are injuries that include several broken bones, advanced poisoning, damaged internal organs, deep and wide bleeding, and other injuries similar to this. Severe treatment is generally needed and as such, only Doctors can heal these wounds, requiring up to a 120 hours (5 day) rest period.

    ► Tier 4 Injuries:

    The most deadly of the injuries one could receive, Tier Four injuries are any injury that is severe and life threatening. At times, this can include multiple Tier Two or Tier Three injuries and can include injuries like shattered bones, mutilation of limbs, damaged internal organs and other injuries. If these wounds are treatable, they can force a patient to rest for anywhere from 168 to 240 hours (7 to 10 days) and more.

    Additional Rules

    ► Traveling:

    Any traveling to and from the NW Hospital is considered to be instant, but only if one is going for healing purposes. Should one become injured, they are able to travel to the hospital for healing from any location on the map and are able to return to that same location with no penalty in traveling time. However, should one be injured with a severe wound, such as a Tier Three or Tier Four injury, they will be unable to travel for healing on their own, and will instead require a teammate or ally to take them to the hospital for treatment.

    From wherever you left, you must return after treatment. Meaning, if one left from Konoha to get treatment, one must return back to Konoha before they can go anywhere else. If one leaves in a war situation and are on the offensive side, then they will have to retreat and go receive treatment. Upon returning, due to their retreating, they retreat one stage and resume their attack. Any chakra lost or battles fought remain however physical injuries are healed.

    ► Being Healed:

    By choosing to be healed, one must retreat from their location and go be healed. As these injuries logically can add on and cause more damage over time, it causes wounded ninja to rethink when they should be healed. By retreating for treatment, you are forced to leave the stage you are in and after treatment, are sent back to that same stage. However, upon returning, should more enemies arrive, one has to face those enemies before he can resume forward. Should a stage be void of enemies, the treated ninja is free to continue onward. In the case of a treated defender, they are forced to retreat a stage (not applicable if in the Inner Village or Kage Mansion) and continue fighting.

    ► Location:

    The Ninja World Hospital is located on the former Land of Whirlpools, in the middle of the village.

    ► Doctors/Nurses

    The ones responsible for healing patients are the Doctors and Nurses. At current times, there are 2 Doctors and 2 Nurses. These 2 accounts are divided between the current Doctors and Nurses of the Training Grounds Hospital. This means that it doesn't matter which person heals them, as long as the patients are healed themselves.

    NW Blood Prison Rules

    Prison General Rules


    ► NW Prison Structure:

    A Multilevel prison, the Blood Prison is divided into 6 main sections, one for each of the 5 Great Nations + Amegakure. Each of these subsections of the prison is housed in a different 5 level building ( 1 floor above ground, 4 floors below ground). Depending on the severity of the crime or reason to be jailed, a prisoner might be found with little security on the first floor or with maximum security on the last floor, requiring more guards and security.

    ► Entrance/Imprisonment

    During fights in the Ninja World, one ninja might defeat an enemy and instead of killing or leaving them wounded, he may take the defeated ninja as a prisoner, jailing him in a specific prison (I.e. if a Konoha ninja fought a Kumo ninja and defeated them, he could then take their body and send them to the Konoha Prison ). Alternatively, should a Kage feel that a villager is acting on treacherous intents, he can call for said villager to be thrown in prison as well. It is also up to the Kage's discretion if he allows the ninja a trial to make his argument, held in the village's subforum. Captured bios can also be taken into prison as well.

    ► Fighting

    Fighting in the prison is unique; made with special Fuuinjutsu seals along the walls, the only fighting that can take place in the Blood Prison is taijutsu. Chakra enhanced jutsus or jutsu requiring chakra to be used cannot be performed, such as jutsu that require the user to channel chakra or need chakra for it's effects, such as Gentle Fist taijutsu or Shikotsumyaku. Leg Weights, SM, EIG and other similar modes are also unable to be used and activated in the prison.


    Prison Levels

    ► Level 1:

    The highest level of the prison, this floor is where small offenders are housed, and members who are first time prisoners. If defeated in a small time battle unrelated to a war, they will be sent to level one and cannot attempt to escape for at least a day. These member's bios are generally here for 3 days.

    ► Level 2:

    Level two is one floor below Level one, and offers more security, though only a bit more; Prisoners are sent on this floor and are unable to escape for a minimum of 3 days after being sent to this floor. Should a prisoner be jailed by the same village once before, they will be sent to Level 2 immediately. Prisoners of war ( PoW ) are automatically sent to Level 2 and often last until the end of the war, whereas regular prisoners last for 5 days

    ► Level 3:

    Usually for more advanced offenses, like betrayal of the village and those jailed repeatedly, be it for whatever reason, Level three is a high security prison, multiple guards often being stationed here. Should a prisoner be sent here, they will be unable to make an escape attempt for a minimum of 5 days and are often jailed until escape is made or released. Prisoners on this floor are often weighted down with heavy weights and clothing, that decreases their movement speed by 25%, making it harder to fight and escape on this level.

    ► Level 4:

    Maximum security, this level is reserved for criminals of high offense and infamy, such as Akatsuki members or missing ninja who have caused great damage or offense to the village. Captured Village Officials also fall under this same category. Should a prisoner be sent here, they will be unable to escape for at least 5 days and are jailed until escape is made or the Kage feels they may be released. When jailed on this floor, the user's weight is increased tremendously, halving all movement speed.

    Additional Rules

    ► Traveling:

    Any traveling to and from the Blood Prison is considered to be instant, but only if one is going to be jailed or going to jail one. Should one be traveling to the prison to attempt to break an ally out, they will require 12 hours to travel there. From wherever you left, you must return after leaving. Meaning if one were in Kumo and decides to take their defeated enemy as a prisoner, they would go to the Prison and then return to Kumo.

    ► Escaping:

    Escaping the prison can be done in one of two ways: 1. By defeating the various guards located, or 2. Having allies break you out by defeating the guards for you. If an ally Both the first and second Levels have the same amount of guards stationed, which can be seen below for each Level. Defeating the various guards stationed will allow one to move down a level ( example: from Level 3 to Level 2 ) whereas losing a fight will prompt you to move up a level, causing it to become increasingly more difficult to escape.

    • Level one: 1 Guard is stationed here. Should one defeat the one guard stationed, he will have successfully escaped the prison. Should he be defeated, he will be forced to level 2.
    • Level two: 1 Guard being stationed here, defeating the guard here will allow the user to move down to the first Level, and attempt to escape. Defeat will force the prisoner down to the third level.
    • Level three: With 2 Guards stationed here, escape becomes harder with the increased weight and armor that slows the prisoner down as well as making it hard to move. These guards may choose to combat the prisoner together or separately. Defeating them will allow the user to move up to Level 2 whereas being defeated will drop on to the lowest level, Level 4.
    • Level four: With 2 Guards stationed here, escape becomes harder with the increased weight and armor that slows the prisoner down, causing him to move at half his speed. These guards may choose to combat the prisoner together or separately. Should one defeat the guards stationed here, they will move up a level to Level 3. Being defeated however will force the prisoner to remain jailed for at least 2 weeks without being able to attempt escaping unless an ally helps them out.


    ► Location:

    The Blood Prison is located near the Southeastern part of the Ninja World, located on Crimson State Island.

    ► Guards

    The ones responsible for ensuring that prisoners do not escape is the village's own villagers. Meaning that if Kiri were to send some ninja to the prison, they would require the needed members to act as guards. One member may act as up to two guards, using both his bios for this purpose. This is the only way in which one can use both bios in the NW, and both must be guards at the same time for this to be allowed.


    Capture Prize/Reward

    ► Reward List

    Should a Village manage to arrest a Missing Nin, the village is capable of receiving an award for their capture of the member. By arresting a missing Nin of Tier 1 to Tier 4 status, the arresting member is able to receive one special tool from the list below. Should the user arrest or jail a member who is listed on the Top 10 of the Leader Board, he is able to receive 2 special tools from the list below. One of these special tools would come directly from the jailed member. For example, if the village of Kirigakure were to defeat and jail Lili-Chwan who happened to be on at the #3 Position on the Leaderboard, Kiri would receive whichever tool Lili had on her bio as well as selecting another tool for herself. Should the prisoner break free of jail, he/she would gain their lost tool back, but the other tool is unable to be taken.

    These tools, if attained through the prison, are only usable until depleted. For example, if the Golden Kunai tools are selected, then they only last for up to 3 uses. After these 3 uses are used, then the user is unable to use these tools further. Some of the tools now can be found below. Note that this list is ever-growing and as such, the list present may not be the full list.


    Scroll of Animals

    • Large scroll. When activated, allows the user to summon animals from two contracts for two turns and can be activated twice.


    Kratos’ Body

    • Armor that fits to wearer’s body. Can allow the user to negate damage from any B rank and below taijutsu as well as C rank and below physical attacks ( i.e Earth Pillar, Suiton no Jutsu, etc ) 3 times a fight and can protect against basic kunai and shuriken thrown (not including kunais used with Shruiken Shadow Clone Jutsu or the Golden Kunais).


    The Thieves’ Hood

    • A dark black cloak. When worn, it can give the wearer complete immunity to Chakra Sensing for up to two turns and it’s effects can be activated twice. Counts as a move per turn to activate/don.


    The Sandals of the Messenger

    • Shoes that have wings at the base of them. Allows the wearer to take flight 3 times a fight for one turn each, flying at average Kage rank speed.


    Bow of Piercing Light

    • A silver bow. Able to release 3 arrows, that are able to pierce through 1 Visual Genjutsu of each rank from D to S passively. Works only after the user has reasonably discovered he is trapped within a Visual Genjutsu and attacks the illusion.


    Golden Kunais

    • 3 kunais that can be change form to shape into arrows, bolts, shuriken or kunais. Can be shot/thrown and passively used with (Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu)

    NW Leader Board Rules

    Leader Board General Rules


    ► Leader Board Rules:

    Every missing ninja starts with a set value first based on their respective tier groups ( based on Ninja Rank ) and increased depending on their trainings and position, such as Kage, Akatsuki member, or other positions similar. This value, called Kumi, reflects an individual Ninjas success, and inversely, his failures, in the Ninja World as this value can increase and decrease based on NW interaction with others. From small fights to wars, each fight is capable of increasing a Ninja's ??? value, leading to fame or infamy.

    ► Moving up/Moving down:

    Through fights in the Ninja World, Missing Ninja can acquire a higher Kumi value. This is divided amongst tiers. Members of same tiers are able to fight one another and at the end of the fight, the winner will acquire a part of the loser's Kumi value. Tiers 1-2 acquire 10% of the loser's Kumi while tiers 3 and 4 acquire 20% of the loser's value. This is also subtracted from the loser's Kumi. After calculating it, a Missing ninja will then PM the Head of the Ninja World with a PM entitled: [Kumi increase] - Member's name after the win has been verified ( opponent admitted defeat, Sensei checked fight, etc ). So for example, if Lili-Chwan were to defeat another missing nin, she would send a PM entitled: [Kumi Increase] - Lili-Chwan and the thread would be checked and verified and then added.

    ► Top 10

    Members who have the highest Kumi value will be listed in a public thread for the top 10 on the leader board. These members will receive a passive boost to their main elemental affinity as well as additional perks to be revealed at a later time. These perks are always changing in order to keep interest alive. These perks can range from anything as special customs, to unique weapons and tools with perks/abilities of their own.

    ► Refreshing List

    Every 3 months, the Leader boards will be refreshed to prevent members from becoming stagnant and inactive. When refreshed, all Kumi values will be reset to base levels and the climb back up begins.



    Leaderboard ranks

    ► Tier 1:

    Tier one consists of Ninja from Genin to chuunin. The default starting value for members of this rank is 500.

    ► Tier 2:

    Tier two consists of Ninja from Special Jounin to Jounin rank. The default starting value for members of this rank is 1000.

    ► Tier 3:

    Tier three consists of Ninja from S-Class to Sannin rank. The default starting value for members of this rank is 1500.

    ► Tier 4:

    Tier four consists of Ninja from Kage to Sage rank. The default starting value for members of this rank is 2000.

    Additional Rules

    ► Special Values

    In addition to their starting rank, several other facts can add to a Ninja's starting value. These addition factors are listed below, ranging from completed training to being in a position of power.

    • Completed Base 5 training = 150
    • Kekkei Genkeis (No Doujutsu included) = 100
    • Kekkei Genkeis ( Doujutsu ) = 200
    • Custom Elements = 50 for each
    • Custom Clan bios = 200
    • Test Bios = 100 - 350 ( depending on Tier list )
    • Kinjutsu/Fuuinjutsu/Medjutsu = 50 for each field
    • SM/EIG = 100
    • First Officers/Peace Generals/War General = 100
    • Kages/Akatsuki Leader = 200
    • 7SM wielders = 100


    ► Maintenance

    Members are to keep up with their own Kumi values. The only reason the Head of Ninja World should be called is to ensure these values are accurate and to approve of increased values. Members are advised to have this value placed somewhere for easy access and to make it easier to keep up with.

    ► Village Uses

    For now, this system is applied exclusively for Missing Ninja. Villages will have their own applied uses in time.

    ► Bios

    Only one bio is capable of being used in the Leader Board system. Once chosen, this bio cannot be changed at will. Changing the bio will cause the user to lose all accumulated Kumi as well as an additional 20% deduction.


    Prize List

    ► Prizes

    There are several tools or weapons that can be gained by defeating other members in the Ninja World. Upon reaching the Top 10 of the Leader Board, members are able to pick various tools from a list of tools and weapons for usage whilst being in the top 10. Upon losing their status in the top 10, these tools move to the next person to breach the list. Only 10 of these tools can be in use at a time, and in order to use one, verification must be cleared with the Head of the NW. Inversely, these tools can be lost while one is still listed in the top 10 of the Leader Board, though these specific rules are listed under the Ninja World Prison Rules. Some of the tools now can be found below. Note that this list is ever-growing and as such, the list present may not be the full list.
