okay there is alot of ppl out there not having da headband thing dat tells wat village u is with on so its confusing wen sum one say they is from a village and u dont know if its true or not. I'm not sure I understood everything, but I think what you are saying is already in play. If you do not put the headband, the Daimyo or the Kage of the said village will kick you out.

Suggestions: classify the shinobi among the villages by ranks, each rank shall fight each other and get a certain amount of points, if he/she fought an higher ranked villager and won, he/she gets higher points and the opposite if he fought against lower ranks, in the end, the points of each member get counted over and the village with the higher points wins.

IMO some of these suggestions are just bullcrap. It's war people! Don't you understand that there are no rules to a war? It's own villages decision how many of ninjas fights and when do they fight. It doesn't matter if all the badasses are in frontline. When the time comes just put all people that are badasses on your village to frontline and we'll see what happens. I personally think that there should be no limits or restrictions what you can use during a war and when you can use it. All will be decided by Kage/daimyo in charge of your village. War will be counted as one big battle and during that time you will have only limited amount of chakra ( It doesn't recharge if you don't get some special treatment ) and jutsus that can be used only once can only be used once during a war.

Saw this little restriction in the bio rules sticky.....wtf? Why are there certain bios restricted to Suna but not the other villages? If this is a rule than shouldn't it also be a rule that only Konoha can have Uchiha bios, Hyuuga bios, Naruto bios, etc.?
