All your complains just gets me extreamly excited to watch the latest episode

I must admit that it has been better before(not using the same pictures twice and thrice, and only one picture throughout a dialogue), but we have seen bad animation before too, for example when sasuke uses a Katon jutsu against Orochimaru(during forrest of exam) his face looks completly retarded and when he`s running in the battle against Gaara(Exam as well) he doesn`t look too good either at some scenes.

But some times we get to see the quality of the animators, when they bring us amazing animation(For example in the Bonds movie, when we see Sasuke at the waterfall in the start of the movie. Insane animation. And i think the first arc of Shippuden was great as well), it`s just that we have to wait for it from time to time.

Personally i know how to bare with it and enjoy each episodes, instead of complaining about it and get mad(which normally weakens your sight of the episode even more), maybe you should too or take it even longer by somehow complain to the animators(Is that possible?)

How the **** can you even say this? They're professionals, they're paid to animate this entertainment based off a manga. They're supposed to make it GOOD, so that the audience enjoy it. They've already made TONS better episodes than this in terms of animation quality, so we already know they can do loads better. You're so full of shit, just like the animations in 166 and 167.

Ok, That was bad. I was looking forward to watching this part of the fight since I read the manga. The animation was only one part that completely ruined it. The animators tried to add more stuff to the fight to make it last longer. First there was water, which makes no sense in the context of that fight (that pain can only use one ability/Naruto can not use water). Also all of the ridiculous beatings that pain took should have killed that body, Naruto took out many of the other bodies with much less powerful hits, and in the manga pain only gets hit by his own attack reflected off of the anchored 9 tails (which messes him up). Add the BAD ANIMATION = disappointment

The animation was definitely disappointing, but the worst part was seeing Pain hammered into the ground with a rock. If a rasengan could take out one body, then getting body slammed with a 500 ton rock should definitely not just kill him, but break all his bones... yet Pain just got up. That part should have been removed all together.

Secondly, the water was nice but it should have been introduced differently. We know Pain can use all the elements yet we have seen him use NONE. He should have made hand signs and brought up the water from the ground, that would have made it more interesting in my view.

it pains me to watch it.

While this animation technique is a bit cartoonish I loved the thrill of watching Pain's speed, he was damn fast!

I was disappointed when Sage Mode Naruto first appeared in Konoha and was running at Pain, he is supposed to be mega fast in SM and yet he appeared to run at normal Naruto speed. Maybe that was slow motion running and would appear much faster from an outside perspective(I hope so at least).

My point is they should add some effect like they used today to animate Pain's speed for Naruto in the future but maybe a less cartoonish version.

I had a thought, some complained about Pain using a water jutsu that body shouldn't be able to do. I don't think it was a water jutsu, I think he used his gravity pulling technique to reach down into the ground, then pull water from the water table to the surface. Makes sense to me at least.

This is a perfectly logical technique IMO. The animators probably either didn't have time to draw out Pain doing hand signs for his gravity pulling technique and just skipped them or they were just unfamiliar with narutoverse physics/lore/techniques etc.

Maybe they read the forums where people have *****ed about bad animation for awhile now.

This episode was maybe like them saying, "Bad animation? WTF we work hard and do our best! You wanna see some Real bad animation?!!"
